Bracken Press is a 'private press' situated in the picturesque village of Scalby, near Scarborough, North Yorkshire. Founded in 1974 the press allows open access to fellow printmakers of all abilities ( by prior arrangement only). The fully equipped workshop produces etchings / linocuts / engravings. A comprehensive selection of fine papers (supplied by R.K.Burt & Co. Ltd.) are held in stock and individual papers can be sourced very easily. Full ranges of inks for both intaglio and block printing are held in stock, along with all ancillary materials associated with printmaking. |
